01Who is responsible

02What we collect

What you send us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project details, and any files you send by email or WhatsApp. The project brief on this website takes text only. The brief on this website goes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site, to our Gmail inbox. It is kept only in our Gmail mailbox.

When you send the brief: it is emailed straight to our inbox. To help us reply, the email also shows your approximate city and country, worked out by Cloudflare from your connection. Your IP address is used for up to ten minutes only, to stop spam (no more than a few briefs from one address in ten minutes). It is not kept with your brief. If sending from the page fails and you use the Gmail, Outlook or email-app buttons instead, that email service handles your brief under its own policy.

Small settings in your browser: a draft of your brief, so a refresh does not lose it (removed once you send it); your best scores and sound setting in the Land on Mars game; a marker that makes the start screen shorter on your next page and when you come back; the result of a quick check of how much your device can handle (processor speed, memory and 3D graphics), kept only for this visit, so slower devices get a lighter version of the site; and, if you saw the Lite mode notice, the date you closed it, so it does not show again for 30 days. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.

Using the site as an app: if you add VAIBHION to your home screen, nothing extra is collected. The app only keeps a small offline page to show when there is no network.

3D views and animations: the live 3D models and the Earth and Mars illustration run entirely in your browser. They collect nothing and send nothing to us.

Clipboard and screenshots: to protect the work shown here, on pages other than this one and the Terms, pressing Print Screen may replace what is on your clipboard with a short VAIBHION notice, and pictures blur while the window is in the background. We never read your clipboard, and nothing about it is sent to us.

Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens. It does not receive anything you type.

Security logs: Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep it secure.

Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to our pages: which page, the site you came from, your browser type and your country. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites and does not tell us who you are.

03Why we use it

We use your information to: reply to you; prepare quotes; deliver and support your project; send invoices and meet our legal and tax duties; keep this site secure and stop spam; count visits without knowing who you are; and, only if you asked, tell you when a product launches or when we have room for your waitlisted project. We use it for nothing else, and we never sell it.

04Who we share it with

We share information only where a job needs it: fabricators receive design files, couriers receive a delivery address, and payment providers receive payment details. Each of them gets only what is needed for that task.

The services that run this website and our email also process your information on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the brief, and our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail). If you message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, Meta or LinkedIn also handle those messages under their own policies.

AI tools: we use AI tools (currently Anthropic's Claude) to help with writing, code and analysis. When we use them on your project, they process your project details on our behalf. If you want your files kept out of AI tools completely, tell us and we will do that.

Outside India: Cloudflare, Google and the AI tools above may store and process data on servers outside India, only for the purposes on this page.

We also share information where the law requires it. We never share your information for advertising.

05How long we keep it

We keep a brief and the emails about it for one year (Indian data protection rules will require this from May 2027). If no project follows, we delete them within two years. Project information is kept while the project and its support period last. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years. If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will, except what the law requires us to keep.

06Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the information we hold about you and who we shared it with. You can ask us to correct, complete or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. You can also name another person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.

Write to , from the address you used with us. Questions and complaints are handled by the proprietor of VAIBHION, Dehradun. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

07Security

We keep project files on secured accounts and devices, use strong passwords and two-step login where available, and share files only with the people who need them. If a breach ever affects your information, we tell you without delay what happened and what you can do, and we report it as the law requires.

08Children

Our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

09Changes

We may update this policy, and the date below shows the latest version.
